Your order will be shipped with Austrian postal service as a letter with priority and registered or as a fast parcel. The shipment fee depends on the weight and destination. Depending on your country, the shipment may take between 1 and 2 weeks. Austrian postal services does not offer a track and trace system yet. If your registered Package gets lost on the way to you, we have to list a investigation task at the Austrian Postal Service as the recommend. This will take 6-8 weeks. As soon as it is cleared we can send new items on the way.

Shipment with German Logistic Services

Your order will be shipped with German Logistic Services (GLS). The parcel will be shipped in a truck. This service is only availabe to countries inside the EU. The shipment fee depends on the weight and destination. Depending on your country, the shipment may take between 4 and 6 working days. GLS offers an online track and trace system.

Shipment with FedEx

Your order will be shipped with FedEx worldwide. The parcel will be shipped by air. The shipment fee depends on the weight and destination. Depending on your country, the shipment may take between 3 and 5 working days. FedEx offers an online track and trace system.

Payment with Bank Transfer

Within the EU you can pay per bank transfer. Outside the EU, you can only pay per credit card over Paypal. Please use IBAN and BIC and arrange payment in EUR.

Payment with Credit Cards

You can pay with credit cards only via Paypal. You have to register at Paypal first.

Payment with Paypal

You can pay with your paypal account using your bank account or credit card. If you cancel your order after a paypal payment, we can transfer you the money back reduced by the paypal fee.

Customs

Outside the EU you might have to pay customs and local taxes (like VAT or GST). FedEx or the local Postal Service will charge you these extra fees separately.

Return

Within 14 days you can send your goods back (unopened). Please send them to our address. We will return the money to you per bank transfer (within the EU) or per paypal (outside the EU).

Warrenty

We grant a 1 year warrenty of our sold goods. If something happens in this time, please send the goods back to us. We will repair it. If repairing is not possible, we will change it. If the goods are not available anymore, we will return you the money.
